13) Toronto (47-35) - The Raptors won a lot of games last season, but they overachieved thanks to a weak East, and their upside is limited. Their first round playoff loss to the Nets was predicted by InsideHoops.com and not surprising. Chris Bosh is a star. Is Andrea Bargnani ready to rise?

Toronto's upside is limited? What does that say about the rest of the league? Toronto is a very young squad, a team that had many additions last year and took quite a while to get into a groove, to imply that Toronto will take a big step back seems wrong to me. I could see us simply maintaining our record because of Eastern Conference improvements but I still see the Atlantic Division as the Nets or Raptors to lose, not the Boston Celtics as you seem to believe. Andrea Bargnani is a stud, he'll continue to develop fast, and will help to prove all writers wrong once again this year, maybe then we'll finally get some respect.
