so is that the best passer that can't do absoultely anything else? probably isn't in the nba if thats the case

Well, it's kind of a joke thread. When you say "do-it-all" and then qualify it with "except this" and "except that" I find it funny. So the next in line is your favorite "do-it-all except dribble,run,pass,rebound,shoot and score.
