Book it right now. He will be amazing this year. He is showing in the preseason that not only can he shoot, but that he can also run the team. Look for him to be named the starter by the end of training camp. I am predicting that he will avg 13 pts and 8apg and will edge out Durant for ROY because the Hawks will be a playoff team.

Of course not. If anything JJ will probably play less of a role in the offense this year.
With Law running the offense, JJ can play more of a playmaker role instead of a pg/playmaker role. Law also will make Marvin Williams and Josh Smith more effective because he knows how to put the ball in spots where scorers can finish. To me he is basically a more athletic Deron Williams.
Even if he avg 35mpg it will be hard for him to score 16 considering that he will probably be the 4th option on O behind
I see the starting 5 scoring like this
Josh Smith 20
Those are some very high projections for the rest, which I don't think will happen. He'll be fine. He has a good shot selection and doesn't force too many up. He's not a great playmaker to get 8 assists. 7 might be even reaching too high, but I trust in his scoring ability and that the Hawks will be a lot better this season with him.
Acie Law is extremely clutch. I remember watching him at A&M (I was hoping he would fall in the draft) and everytime the game was on the line and the Aggs needed a huge shot the Dude stepped up, took over, and was nails.
