I'm really not a big Law guy. He's too limited physically. He's going to be a defensive problem too. If you really want to run Smith at PF, and Marvin at the same time, you have to run, and Law isn't a PG who can run. They need a pace setter type of guy. Calderon or Lowry would both fit better IMO.

I have come around a little bit on the Law fit. If you let JJ do most of the execution stuff, Law is a very good shooter off of that sort of stuff. He's got a tough mentality. He reminds me a little Derrick Fisher. But I'd still rather see them with a pace car running the show.

Smith started at pf all of last year. And avg 19 and 9 the 2nd half of the season.
He is the same size as Kenyon Martin, if not bigger.

Being 6'9 doesn't necessarily make a guy a power forward. If it does, Atl has a major logjam at the 4.
