Based on last season (and remember that Lebron would have improved and KG declined)
Lebron - 27/7/6 NBA finals, stellar post season games, great leadership, makes his team mates infinitely better, plays every position bar center, most physically gifted player, unstoppable at times, shooting sometimes questionable.
KG - 22/13/4 No playoffs, also a great leader, superior defender, inferior offensively
Like I said, Lebron has improved over the summer, KG in his 30's will decline
CURRENTLY its Lebron in a landslide. Anyone who votes KG simply just likes him better, or has forgotten how feckin good Lebron is.
When he was healthy (I believe that he will come back just as good by about the all-star break) he is almost unstoppable. IMO he is the best penetrater in the league. He has a the great combination of speed, quickness and body control. Can draw fouls very well, I know someone will go the refs helped him but he is always willing to take contact on a play. He is very efficient, shot 49.1% last year and 49.5% the year before. His mid-range jumper is solid, his long range shot isn't good for a guard, but it isn't too bad. (doesn't take many any way) A great playmaker as well, was averaging 8 assists before he went down to injury. A good rebounder for a guard. His man-to-man defence isn't anything special, gambles a bit. His blocking and stealing however are great, averaging 2.1 steals and 1.2 blocks last season. A great scorer as well, was on route to averaging 28 points last season before the injury. He is a couch's dream, a guard who always thinks drive. Only problem I really see with him is that he doesn't have as much range as most guards and is a bit turnover prone.
For those who say he is injury prone, please explain it to me. He has had on injury that made him miss significant time.
