Like I tell everyone in leagues with only a few starting spots, you want to have a TON of talent up front. It's ok if you're spread a little thin, because you're not going to be starting your bottom-run players very often.
Any 2for1's or 3for2's that you can pull off where you get the smaller number of, and likely the better player(s) is a good deal for you. Propose a bunch of those. Deeper teams aren't as likely to win as teams with loads of up front talent because even if you're really deep, you aren't going to be able to start all of those players on your roster.
As for your draft, assuming you have a fairly small league from looking at your waiver wire (8 teams, maybe 10?), Diaw was way too early, as was Rondo, although the latter probably won't hurt you as much. Steal with Tinsley that late, he'll be solid in assists, steals, and possibly 3's. Unfortunately, he's your only assist-man, so you aren't going to win that cat very often. Is Sam Cassell in FA? If he is, he might be a good pick-up, at least until he gets injured.

he was taken in the later rounds. remember that its a 2player keeper league and most of the good players were already gone. number 1 pick was gasol and then duncan.
