Default Re: Are you sick of Yi Jianlian yet?

It is ridiculous.

Same thing happened with Yao Ming.

That's why you still have people insist that Yao is a top 10 player in the league... even though when paired with T-Mac (another guy people claim is top 10) he can't even get out of the first round.

Chinese players are over-hyped and over-publicized to increase interest from Chinese fans (all 2 billion of them).

Yes, because every single Chinese person in the world LOVES basketball and Yao Ming right? Much how like every American is a Bush supporter?

I was sick of YI before he was even drafted I dont like him as a player from what I have seen so far either. He looks good and has potential but he is a player I don think I will ever like.

Yi " The Great Wall of Milwaukee" Jianlian

Yi had 12 points 4 rebounds 3 assists 3 Blocks in blowout win against the 2007 Atlantic Division Champion the Toronto Raptors, and held All Star PF Chris Bosh to only 1 point.

He is one of the most aggressive rookie in the NBA, and their is no doubt in my mind that he would become the franchise player of the Bucks.
