Your right, great quote.

But who cares about TMAC? When the real season comes along he looks like he belongs in WNBA.

Thats still not his job
Tmac is not a pt guard
they have 3 or 4 pt guards
thats not his responsibility to run the offense. It helps that he can but when you have an elite scorer who can be guarded or stopped and your not using him. Your doing your opponents a favor.

Now I agree with the guy who made the pick and roll post sayin Yao was open for a dunk and Tmac shot it. He's completely right, Tmac is accountable for making smart plays. But to be madd at a shooting guard you frequently puts up high assist totals is just haterade. Particularly one who can put up Kobe Bryant pt totals and plays with a teammate who notoriously underachieves. Yao doesn't sck but when they need him he's not always up for the task. How many coaches has he had that have complained about his lack of aggression. For Real, Rockets fans need to stop putting all the blame on Tracy before you find out the hard way how soft Yao truely is.

T-Mac is a willing passer. It looks like he enjoys passing. Kobe is more of an unwilling passer. Kobe knows the importance of it, but doesn't always pass cause he know he's the best option.

Tmac plays within the flow of the offense, Kobe never does...instead, Kobe cancerizes the team into spectators, complains, dismantles a franchise, then complains even more, then demands trade. If you asked Tmac what he cares about more, winning or stat padding...he answers winning without hesitation. If you asked Kobe what he cares about more, it's stat padding. Kobe's inability to make teammates better will force his retirement with 0 season MVPs, and 0 Finals MVPs. He's just not MVP material, soley because KoME Bryant doesn't realize basketball is a TEAM sport.

What about his first games this season?
Haven't seen any of his games, but he's averaging 22 shots per game with nice %. And without Odom, which means more shots avaliable.

An all-star franchise player attempts 31 shots and he's suddenly a ball hog?

Interesting.

Exactly, also note the fact that McGrady had 8 assist and made 10-11 FTA.

For Real, Rockets fans need to stop putting all the blame on Tracy before you find out the hard way how soft Yao truely is.

I believe I watched more Rockets games than you since 2002. Tmac has the ball in his hands for 50% of the time, more than Rockets point guards have. To be honest with you, he can easily average 8 assists if he wants to since he's such a great passer and he plays so many minutes. But sometimes he doesn't want to unless he's double teamed hard.

People with high assist numbers still can be ball hogs. Marbury is an example for that. But don't get me wrong. Normally Tmac is not a ballhog, but yesterday he played like he is.

Now let's talk about Yao a bit. People who say Yao soft don't know what they are talking about. He's slow, not explosive and looks awkward sometimes because he's too big, and his reaction time is well below average. But that doesn't mean he's soft. How can a 25ppg player fighting with 2 or 3 big men all night long in the low post be considered soft?

Yao was 2nd in scoring per minute last season, I don't think demanding ball is a problem for Yao. The problem now is he's used as a role player in the new system, setting picks for others for most of the part. And when he goes to the low block asking for the ball, he often gets ignored by his teammates.
