I wouldn't do it.

Rashard isn't enough of an improvement over Jamison to lose Dalembert and gain one of those hideous backups. At this point, Lewis and Jamison are almost equal in points, 3's, steals, blocks, dimes and even TO's. Even though Jamison's FG% has been awful and Lewis' shooting has been torrid, they are still scoring about the same with almost the same amount of threes. Lewis is a minor upgrade in FT%, but a major downgrade in boards. While Lewis is the stronger player, I like what Jamison can do in the Wizard's offense and I think he can keep up with what Lewis brings.

The other thing you need to think about is the injury concerns of your starting center. Camby has been known to get hurt, and even though Dalembert seems brittle at times, trading him for Murphy, Pyrzbilla or even Ratliff would be a major downgrade. I don't think there's enough value for you to make the trade.

It really depends on format. How much does your bench play? Rashard is considerably better then Jamison, although Jamison is underrated.

If the bench isn't much of a factor, then you're definitely upgrading your starting lineup. The drop off from Dal to Ratliff isn't that much, and Troy Murphy is an interesting player as well.

However, saying all that, Cotton Camby is your C, so having a solid backup C in Dalembert might prove very valueable. Due to that reason, I think that you might want to hedge against injury and keep your team as is. If you are winning weeks as is, then no need to risk it all.

I concur with mostly everything said here. My bench is used for depth, trade bait, game-ratio fill-in, injury fill-ins(crossing fingers), and whatever else non-starters are good for.

Rashard is the better player overall player. With gains in FG%(5-10% difference), ft% jumps 7-10%, blk and stls get a very slight edge to Lewis.

Jamison is the NBA's greatest specialist. 3-point shooting foward with great rebounding skills. 2+ 3's and 10+ rebs. Normally his %'s hover around 43% and 75%.

Dalembert information is accurate and true. Its not worth losing my insurance for cotton camby. Funny. 1st time i heard it.

I probably shouldn't do it...

What if it were Josh Howard for dalembert straight up.

Some deals you have to do just because you're getting a way better player. Josh Howard for Dalembert is an example.Take that deal, and look to then package Josh Howard with another STARTER for an upgrade at starter. Maybe you can get another backup C in a subsequent deal.

Laker, check out my most recent post re. my keeper league. Value some input!

As Raps said, Howard for Dalembert would be better, and then use either Howard or Jamison and another bench player to get a better backup at C.
