I hate it, as I stand to gain in NOTHING but potential health concerns, but I'm looking for your thoughts. He wants my leading scorer, rebounder/blocker and assist man. I don't like Okur's game. But I DO like your comments.
Re: My Camby, Paul and Terry for his Dirk, Okur, and Parker?
I think losing both Paul and Terry would hurt your team too much since you'd be left with Parker, Arenas, and Mike James as your eligible PGs and I don't think any of them can do what CP does in terms of assists.
Re: My Camby, Paul and Terry for his Dirk, Okur, and Parker?
It's a pretty fair trade in principle, but you're right, you're not really gaining much.
All three of Camby, Paul, JT have been way too good thus far to give them up. I think the other guy is lowballing you - just for the sake of seeing how serious he is, maybe try counteroffer that gives you a little more.
Re: My Camby, Paul and Terry for his Dirk, Okur, and Parker?
OK, so I traded Dalembert and got Maggette. On Weds I will look like this:
PG- Arenas
SG- Terry
G- Paul
SF- Artest
PF- Okafor
F- Sheed
C- Camby
C- Haywood
Util- S Jax
Util- Maggette
BN- Bogut
BN- Mike James
BN- Korver
I was thinking of moving Okafor for Bosh, as he could use the boards and I need the FT% and points. Do you think this would be a good move for me? And do you think I could get the trade straight up or do I need more?
Re: My Camby, Paul and Terry for his Dirk, Okur, and Parker?
Bosh is a great player for your team...offer it straight up...see what he says...if he counters then give him the throwin...He should ask for a throw in.
Considering your above avg talent. You many be giving two good players for bosh and a throwin(taking a good specialist at worst). Not some hack job.
