Isiah blew the Knicks chance to get Lebron
When Isiah first traded for Marbury, I thought that was an excellent move. The team was rejuvenated and started playing well, with chemistry.
Marbury
Houston
K. Thomas
Van Horn
Doleac
Sweetney coming off the bench
The team had good chemistry, needed youth, depth and athleticism
If we would have stood still for a couple of years, and added through the draft and midlevel exception, instead of trading all of our expiring contracts for over the hill maxed out players we would have been nicely under the cap by '07 free agency and would have been able to make a run at Lebron James
Not to mention I believe we would have probably hovered around .500 for a couple of years and made the playoffs
Now I think we need to dump a good portion of the roster
I say we keep
Robinson
Crawford
Marbury
Frye
Richardson
Curry
Lee
Butler
But the other contracts are so high their might be impossible to dump
