Default Blockbuster deal..

I noticed Baron is having knee problems already and I'm starting to wonder if I should be smart and trade him asap. I have been offered a blockbuster deal for some guys on my team who have low stock dude to their slow starts. The deal is as follows:

I get:

Chris Paul
Andre Iguodala
Caron Butler

I give up:

Dirk Nowitzki
Baron Davis
Pau Gasol

Now I know at an instant look, its favoring his side. But with Pau being the way he has been complaining to teammates, battling through injuries, and being subject of trade rumors again, im wondering if its a good idea to look elsewhere for help. Baron is phenomenal when hes playing, but history shows thats not likely regardless of this being a contract year. Nowitzki has been slow, but I expect him to comeback strong.

My team looks like this before the deal:

Baron
Mo Williams
Rip Hamilton
Maggette
Dirk
Ben Wallace
Gasol
Maxiel
Thornton
Bogans
Horford
Turkoglu
Gomes

Now I know I would be hurting in rebounds, but right now, I'm not excelling in anything. At the very least, my steals, assists, and consistency would be there. What do you think?

You're sellng low on 3 players. Never a great fantasy strategy.

You are giving too much and gaining some headaches in return.

Iggy's fg, ft, and to are TERRIBLE.

Dirk after having 2 bad weeks is ranked in the top 20. Not bad for a slump.

It is a fair offer though.

Afer thinking about it...i might do it. But you are trading 3 big time ballers.Dirk, diddy & pau are all capable of being top 10 players. I can't say that about your pending new squad.

CP3 is a baller. Butler underated baller. Iggy baller with tooo many draw backs.

Iggy's FT is bad, yes, and a league leader in TO's but FG??? The guy is a 47.4% career shooter!! And he does fill the stat sheets. AGain, let's not judge by the first 3 weeks of the season. He needs a bit to adjust to being #1 option in Phila for the first full season.

But yea you are selling low on the 3 you're giving up... not great.
