Default Drop Battier for McCants?

Should I drop Shane Battier for Rashad McCants? I'm in need of 1 more PG to balance out my team, and Battier has been performing the worst for me so far (my other options to drop are Damien Wilkins or Brendand Haywood who have been playing decently).

Will he get the minutes?

Mccants isn't much of a point guard. No assists. Purely 3's and points. Battier will turn it around.

Most novice fantasy owners look at players stats and get wowed by pts. Impulsively adding players with big scoring nights. Forgetting the hardest cats to fill are 3's, stls and blks. Battier is a role player that gets rebs, assists, stls and blks. Evolve as a fantasy owner and hold onto Battier. Or at least wait 2 more weeks to see his full game.

Ok thanks, will do =)

Yeah this is my first season in fantasy to be honest, and I haven't watched the NBA since Chris Webber's rookie year. So I'm pretty much going by stats atm, but I do have alot of patience and will wait 2-3 weeks before dropping someone.
