That's all I'm saying. Very simple. The three worst teams each year, get the most draft lottery balls. The Bulls are one of the three worst teams. Therefore, they deserve to have the 2nd or 3rd best shot at the lottery based on today's standings and play.

lol i understand the lottery - but in no way does any team ever deserve the #1 pick. i dont care if they are playing bad. sure their ODDS will be better but they dont deserve a better pick. if anything they deserve a worse pick because they are playing worse than they should. give the #1 pick to a team that has no talent and is scrapping for wins and giving 100% every night.

your last sentence is a better way to phrase it - not the way you originally did.
