I think it's Orlando's surge to the top, followed by Chicago and Miami hanging at the bottom of the standings.

Nobody really expected the Magic to be this good, and I know it's early but wow... I am very pleased with their start! Also, I don't know if many people expected Dwight Howard to be this good offensively. He has really impressed people.
