Default Lakers/Nets trade proposal

Lakers get:

Jason Collins
Richard Jefferson

Nets get:

Kwame Brown
Lamar Odom

Why LA does this:

- A more-aggressive 2nd option with the skill-set to succeed in the triangle (jumpshot)

- Walton is RJ's good pal so he would fit in well

- Collins isn't any worse than Kwame and you need a big body off the bench

Why NJ does this:

- Lamar would do well in their running style plus he helps them on the glass. Also, Lamar can get away with playing PF in the EC

- They get rid of Collins' contract

- Kwame is an expiring contract

Thoughts?

This is funny because I was JUST thinking about a trade along those lines.
One problem is that Lakers already have 3 SFs

Jk

But I dont like the trade.
RJ is younger and better then Odom. Id really rather keep RJ
Getting rid of Collins for Kwame is not bad of a idea

what little more Kwame brings to the table offensively, he gives up more defensively than Collins.

With this trade we'd actually have one who's a legit 2nd option
