Default My B. Davis for his Nash?

Again, I would like to unload Baron Davis, and was wondering if a straight up trade for Steve Nash is worth it. Or if I should package someone with Davis and get someone else in return. Here is my team:
PG Baron Davis (GS - PG)
SG Ricky Davis (Mia - SG,SF)
G Devin Harris (Dal - PG)
SF Jason Richardson (Cha - SG,SF)
PF Craig Smith (Min - SF,PF,C)
F Udonis Haslem (Mia - PF)
C Al Jefferson (Min - PF,C)
C Emeka Okafor (Cha - PF,C)
Util Mo Williams (Mil - PG)
Util Yao Ming (Hou - C)
BN Vince Carter (NJ - SG,SF)
BN Ron Artest (Sac - SF)
BN Mike Bibby (Sac - PG) INJ

And here is his team:
PG Jamaal Tinsley (Ind - PG)
SG Mike Dunleavy (Ind - SG,SF)
G Jason Kidd (NJ - PG)
SF Richard Jefferson (NJ - SF)
PF David West (NO - PF)
F Tracy McGrady (Hou - SG,SF)
C Andrew Bynum (LAL - C)
C Carlos Boozer (Uta - PF,C)
Util Steve Nash (Pho - PG)
Util Travis Outlaw (Por - SF,PF)
BN Beno Udrih (Sac - PG)
BN Chris Kaman (LAC - C)
BN John Salmons (Sac - SG,SF)

Suggestions? Thanks!

If you could get nash i say go for it. You will lose out on a lot of stls but baron is a scary guy to hold onto. If he stays healthy this whole season the trade will probably favor baron. Nash isn't the healthiest player but probably better off then Baron. Nash will increase your fg% but lower your stls but overall if you could do it i say do it.

Yea that's what I am thinking. I really want to get rid of him, as he's a time bomb, but can't see anyone close who good he is. Do you think I should package one of my other guys in the trade and grab one of his? As you can see his team is stacked and hes the #1 team right now.

I would try the baron for nash but i'm not sure if the guy will take it. Stat wise its a pretty fair but i'd say most managers wouldn't want to take the risk unless they get a greater value in return. You have a better chance to get kidd if you wanted another pg but hes not very efficient. As far as 2 for 1's i'm not that great at making trades and i didn't really see any good ones =[ .

Yea, I tried the trade. Hopefully it will go. I am stacked on Rebs, so the extra assists will really help. Not sure if he will take it. Fingers crossed.

Try the Nash trade, but it wont happen.

Maybe offer Baron for Tinsley and West, which upgrades you PF spot.

No matter what you do with him, you need to get an assist-heavy pg in return, as Mo is your only other consistent source of them. Harris is too sporadicwith them to count on, and Bibby isn't back for another 4 weeks at least, and then he'll need conditioning and readjustment to the game.

Do it
Baron is injury prone
and like Camby will somehow find a away to miss at least 15 or more games

He rejected. What do you guys think of offering Baron and Haslem? Is that too much or too little. I really think that Nash would be a perfect fit because of the assists.

LOL, I am trying. He rejected my trade. Need to offer something else. Hence the question of packaging Haslem with Baron.

If you could do bens trade that would be pretty good. I feel like the haslem baron for nash is a loss on your side. Altho haslem usually disappoints me as the season goes on it feels like hes going to keep his current stats. If you can afford to give up baron and haslem for nash i guess you can go for it.

You think that would be good in the long run? I would have to drop someone. Maybe I could package Smith with Baron if you think giving up Haslem is too much. I am considering the West and Tinsley idea.

Based on looking at your teams I just don't think he's gonna do it.
Unless you add a stud to sweeten the pot.
Only void I see on his team is steals. Unless someone else in your league has a boat If Im him I keeping that team together team .

Your not gonna get equal value for Baron unless you get a 2 for one. Or if someone will give you Chris Paul or Deron Williams.

So are you thinking that the West Tinsley idea is good? I have been looking at it, and if I drop Craig it seems to make sense and will make my team better. I already am trying to get Paul. I told the owner that I would offer Baron and JRich for Paul and someone else. I am waiting for a response. Here is that owner's team:
PG Chris Paul (NO - PG)
SG Kevin Durant (Sea - SG,SF)
G Mike Miller (Mem - SG,SF)
SF Tim Thomas (LAC - SF,PF)
PF Anderson Varejao (Cle - PF,C)
F Rudy Gay (Mem - SG,SF)
C Pau Gasol (Mem - PF,C) INJ
C Samuel Dalembert (Phi - C)
Util Josh Childress (Atl - SG,SF)
Util Ben Gordon (Chi - SG)
BN LaMarcus Aldridge (Por - PF,C) INJ
BN Derek Fisher (LAL - PG)
BN Kevin Martin (Sac - SG) INJ
