Roy a Laker?
Brandon Roy has envisioned himself wearing the uniforms of the ..... Lakers
Phil Jackson and others met with Roy they suggested they might trade up for him.

I don't see how the Lakers can trade up that high and have it be worth it. Their team is probably better off drafting where they're at. They'd have to give up something good in order to get high enough to get Roy.

They could give a package of mihm+smush for 4th pick of portland. The Blazers get a center because they are losing prizzy.

It can work in the triangle. Basically think of Ron Harper.

hmmm, I suppose if you put it that way I guess it could work, but a lot would center around Roy's ability to pick up the triangle, which some people have a hard time with

That's true, didn't Tex say it takes about a year for a team to learn it? Roy is such a smart basketball player I'm sure he can get it by mid-season. Either way, the point gaurd's role is limited to crisp passing, making open jumpers, and playing gritty defense, all things that Roy can do and do well...
However, since the league has been infatuated with small ball I can see the Lakers having a line up of Smush, Roy, Kobe, Lamar, Brown and just play a running game...
