Disadvantage is NO hard drive.

20GB hard drive is $100? I think the 120GB hard drive is like $180.

The hard drive handles all profile data (for online) and save files such as, game downloads, movie downloads, music files, and game saves.

If you are go online, a hard drive is mandatory. If you just play retail games the memory card should do for game saves.
