Default Sonics don't want smush parker?

The Miami Heat contacted the Sonics about troubled guard Smush Parker, and the Sonics told the club they weren't interested. Parker, who had an infamous tiff with former Sonics coach Bob Hill while at Fordham, was banished by the Heat following an altercation with a Miami parking lot attendant about a fee. He hasn't played since Nov. 24.

Maybe he becomes part of a trade to land some help for D-Wade, and then gets waived by that team.

Parker has annoyed Phil Jackson and Pat Riley, which really puts his NBA future in jeopardy

I'm a Laker fan and let me tell you that guy is a cancer and it shows up on the court. He was tolerable for his first season in LA, but that second he really wore out his welcome. He pouted, whined, and cried about every little thing. He complained that he wasn't in at the ends of games, that his PT got cut, then he went out and pouted while he played. You'd think this guy was an allstar by the way he acted. It never occured to him that if he isn't playing well he should not be in the game.

Now he wore out his welcome in what 20 games with Miami? The worst part about it is he has an option for next season at another 2.5 mil. So you might be stuck with this guy next year if you can't move him.

It's going to be tough to move him just to get him off of the roster let alone get anything that can help the Heat this year. He is trouble and he's what a #8 or #9 guy off the bench?

I'd trade him for a tuna sandwich if I could get away with it just to get him off the roster lol.
