I'd rather have Yi. He should have been drafted at #5.

As much as the Chinese fans, Chinese Government, and myself would've loved Yi playing in Seattle, it would've been redundant.

Kevin Durant and Yi are both similar in skills and position.

Yes, both are a bit soft, and IMO both are franchise players, so they would probably be better off in separate franchises. But Jeff Green is looking like a bad pick to me now. He is by no means a #2 option, and I think he'll be too small to start at PF, and K.D. needs a good shooter to take pressure off him at either the 2 or the 3. Jeff Green can't do that. He's a 6th man, IMO. They're gonna need a #2 scoring option like Eric Gordon in the draft.

eric gordon is not to be drafted by us that would be a huge mistake.

Yi isnt a franchise player imo, he'll be a good 3rd option. i certainly would want him taking time from wilcox or collison so i'm happy in that regard.

Why would it be a huge mistake? You think having a quality scorer next to K.D. is a bad thing?

He's a good player but:

a) he's an undersized sg. Danger!
b) having 2 gunners on your team is rarely a good idea, even more so when they're both very young.

c) it addresses neither of our primary needs; namely a pg who isnt average, and ditto for the centre spot.
