Default deja vu (Ariza breaks bone in foot)

First Bynum
Now Ariza

Lakers forward Ariza breaks a bone in his foot

Quote:

Forward Trevor Ariza was diagnosed with a fractured bone in his right foot after hurting it today at practice. Ariza will see foot specialist Kenneth Jung on Monday, at which point a timetable for his return will be determined.

It was unclear exactly how Ariza injured the fourth metatarsal in his foot, but he apparently came down on Lamar Odom's foot.

OK, Lamar has now injured Kwame, Bynum AND Ariza.

Can we trade this cancer already???

C'mon now? Are you serious? I can't believe that you’re seeing it as it being Lamar, and referring to him as a cancer? Dude how is it his fault that he tries to be everywhere? It really isn't his fault that Bynum got injured, I mean he jumped, Bynum jumped. It wasn't like LO was thinking, "Yeah drew jumped, let me jump into him" And as for him injuring Ariza, We weren’t even there, so we can’t make that assumption. And last time I checked, Kwame is always injured.

Wow, this is amazing. Wonder if Red Auerbach put a curse on us to get back at Phil for passing him on the career wins list?

Wait a minute, It does not say it was Lamar. The article refers to the player as “Someone”

Yeah but I mean I am pretty sure that you have played basketball before right? Sizzle? And your probably a sg right? I mean that kind of stuff happens all the time. If you’re a player that just doesn't really try defensively then It probably wont happen as much. But If you try your A$$ off to be everywhere defensively and try to play rough defense then it’s bound to happen. Especially around the rim. It gets physical down there boy.

Yea I know what you mean. being physical is just a part of the game. Lamar shouldnt be blamed for anything.

our team is cursed though.

Wow, are we in 2007 or what!?!?!?! This sucks man.
Can we almost call it a year yet? Mihm, Vlad, Bynum, and now Ariza!?

Not to mention that Puke Walton is still banged up, as well as Sasha.

It's close to being Game Over for us, if we can sruvive this though, man, that would truly be a miracle.
