That's partially my bad. I thought I read somewhere that he was 34-35. He's 31 or so. Still, that's getting older. Eventually, he will be gone, but for now he could probably stay. But the Pacers are foolish for staying in the middle, that's dumb as ****. Pick a ****ing direction!

Trading J.O. would be a good start. The vets could stay till they get too old, and then get rid of them.

i feel the real downward trend of this team started w/ the big trade w/ GS. we ended up with the worst part of the trade. jackson and harrison went on to play in a historical upset against DAL and we went to crap. we didn't have a set plan for the rest of last season in order to get our newest players involved effectively. for one,

we're paying murphy WAY too much money to stand around and shoot 3's, face it that's what his game is and probably always will be. that was the dumbest acquistion since scot pollard. i thought ike diogu was gonna be the shining light in the swap but he's made headlines w/ being hurt and not his gameplay. i hope he lives up to his hype so don't get me wrong, fellas. i'm satisfied w/ dunleavy though. he's come a long way from being booed in his own arena in GS(sorta like Jax in indy).

all in all, i'm still gonna be a pacer fan thru the highs and lows but i do believe it's time to turn to drastic measures.

ReggieMiller31 has an OK reputation so far

Troy Murphy ('s contract) is going to be the reason the Pacers won't be a truly competitive team until 2012 (at the earliest). This is why we HAVE to tank and get Gordon. You think attendance is bad now? Wait for next season when no changes happen and we're even worse.

I'm completely serious, I've been a Pacer fan for 24 years (day I was born), but if losing every single game the rest of the season is what it takes to get Gordon DO IT. I legitimately question whether the Pacers will be in Indianapolis with 5+ years of .500 or less basketball.

I like you. You're a good fan. We do need Eric Gordon, he's the 2 that we need.

Holy sh*t if the Pacers somehow managed to snag Eric Gordon, I would go to every game. Has he stated that he's entering the draft after this season? If he has, I must have missed it.

ESPN has him as the number 3 pick. I doubt Indy can land him... We are, as always, gonna have a 10-13 pick...
