Hoffa: $9,763,574
Humphries: $7,300,233

They expire in the same year. Whaley expires one year before both, but the sight does not know how much he makes.

I think you can once you've stopped playing. As far as I know, non-playoff teams could trade with one another once the playoffs started. I could definitely be wrong, though.
