My Observations on the game last night
1. Lebron and Wade should not play together. Both like to dominate the ball. When only one or neither was in the game, USA moved the ball around the court like Princeton. But when they are in the game, they like to play one on one ball too much, which will get us killed
2. Chris Bosh is not a center. He was getting abused last night by the slowest center that I have ever seen. He missed layups, his defense was awful. A bad performance all the way around.
3. Chris Paul is bad defensively. I swear the whole game was like "Chris Paul this" Chris Paul that" But what they weren't mentioning is that Carlos Arroyo was whooping his ass on dribble penetration. CP also still hasn't developed a dependable jumpshot yet.
4. The second unit should start. It may be politically incorrect but the starting linup should be
When they put that lineup out there it was deadly defensively. They made outside shots. That is an international team. The starting lineup sucks because the only 3 point threat is Carmelo, which is scary. A lineup of CP, Wade, Lebron, Carmelo and Bosh has absolutely no outside shooting whatsoever. It is also horrid defensively. Coach K has to do something about that. I don't care what the egos are. If he wants to keep a superstar on the floor then the lineup should be
