Default sean singletary.. !

i look up in the nba draft and sean singletary is in number 49.. i mean if he will be really pick that late i think its going to be a steal because singletary can really ball well somehow i understand why because lately he has not shown what he showed last year he is often hit with injuries that maybe the reason but a healthy singletary can really help a team that needs a point guard who can pass and surely score..

Give me your thoughts on who do you think will draft singletary early and what team should singletary go. Thanks

I have always liked his game.He has single handedly made virginia a good team.He is a little small but he has a real good all around game.I hope he gets drafted.

Umm Virginia is last in the ACC, he didn't do it single handedly because they also had J.R. Reynolds who was a very good player. The thing is he is small but he is a terrific player and one that should get drafted.

I think he has a good shot at getting drafted. He could be a decent scorer off the bench like perhaps Luther Head, Louis Williams, or Charlie Bell. Way undersized, but can score the basketball. Every team needs a guy on the bench who can come in and hit some 3's and create some plays for himself.

he is a decent shooter from three 37% but turns it over 4.2 times per game which is among the most in NCAA.

The reason for his high turnover rate though is that he's expected to do everything for Virginia this season, so not only is he expected to be their top scorer but also the guy who creates shots for the rest of the team. UVA has absolutely no one else on that team who can create for themselves with any sort of consistency. A mid second round draft pick seems about right for him though.

Brevin Knight was drafted 8th when he came out, I'm not sure sure Brevin is THAT much better than Sean, he!! Speedy Claxton was picked like 26th. I see this guy as a late first rounder, if I'm the Cavs i'd really look into picking him.

Singletary is a dynamic player, but I do not think that he will be drafted (I hope I am wrong).

He tested the NBA waters last season without hiring an agent and ended up pulling his name out of the hat. Last season's draft was weak on point guards as compared to what this year's draft will likely have to offer. If he pulled his name out of the hat last year, I'm guessing he wasn't graded so highly. You can make that argument that he wanted to come back to graduate, go places in the NCAA tourney, etc., but those considerations don't make as much sense when you consider the talent that UVA had returning, or rather the lack thereof.

Again, I'd like to see him get a chance and I hope that I am wrong.
