What special things does it do? Is it just cheats like weapons and health like the button cheats or is it something else?

What I like about my Vice City Stories is the fighting style but it seems like their are nicer cars in Liberty City Stories.

Yeah it's called GTA IV (4) and it's set in a new time Liberty City. They said it would be a little bit smaller then San Andreas, but would have no open spaces like the desert or forest like San Andreas did. GTA IV will be legend.

I just found it out the other day too. There was no servers and the gameplay is like king of the hill, racing, etc. Maybe we can get a couple of playas here to join.
