Kidd is a better PG. He gets rebounds, scores, distributes the ball, and plays good defense

Nash is better right now and if he keeps playing like he is now for the rest of his career then I'd say he also had a better career than Kidd.

nash is better offensively now, kidd is better overall and forever and better offensive in his prime...

everyone gives the credit for phoenix's success all to nash, but he didn't take off and win 2 mvps until mike d'antoni started coaching him...

I hate when people bring up Kidds' rebounding like it holds a lot of weight. I see people doing it all the time, mostly Jersey fans & I don't get it. Sorry but I'd rather have my bigs outlet the ball to my PG than my PG grabing 7 boards at 6'4. That, to me, is a sign of my bigs being pussys and not rebounding the basketball. Answer this, has Jason played with a good/great rebounding frontcourt? Didn't think so. Of course your rebounding numbers will be inflated, just like Manu' scoring average would go up if he didn't have good scorers around him. Put him in Atlanta and watch him get close to 20 per, doesn't mean he all of a sudden improved his scoring ability.

Anyway, GOBB nailed it.

I really don't see how any can say Nash is better. Outside of shooting ability there isn't anything that Nash actually does better than Kidd.

Nash runs a better half-court offense - now you have two things he is better at.

No way in hell is Nash better than Kidd.

If Kidd was on the suns it wud have been the same thing, but if Nash was on the nets, they wud not have been as productive. No way Nash cud run that team with Carter n Jefferson like Kidd, only thing Nash has over Kidd is shooting and thats IT. Kidd has better court vision, passing, smarter plays, rebounding and defense. I mean look at those HORRIBLE plays Nash made during the clippers series, cud have cost them the game if it wasnt for players such as Bell n Thomas hittin all those lucky shots. Basically if Jason Kidd had long hair n played no defense like nash, i guess he wud have won the MVP. end of discussion.

KIDD > NASH
