seriously, he's the teams top scorer. He's one of the most exciting players in the game. He's really taking Antoine Wright in and making him better, along with RJ. He's only like 30. With him, as long as you're within 20 with 5 minutes left, the games not over. Kidd makes him so much better. Jefferson and Krstic and I believe this year can take real pressure off him. He won't have to run any sort of point anymore with Marcus Williams in the fold.
When he came to NJ he got even worse and his reputation went down just like the many other players who went to a different team and lost many fans.
oh shutup laker homers should stay away from the nets board, Carter has been playing well, sure his shot selection is sometimes suspect but past the post-kmart era, he and RJ are whats keeping the Nets afloat. If theres a person whose rep went downhill its Kobe!
I agree with the fact that the nets should try to keep VC. Only problem with him might be his shot selection and if he asks too much money then that another thing. Overall, I think his been giving what the nets need, his good fit for the team and it would be stupid to not sign him. Next season is going to be fun to watch, cause JR, VC and J-kidd are going to be great but i'm expecting Kristic to pull his game to another level.
The Nets should just extend Carter already....
