How do you enter the challenge mode for different weapons, I can't seem to find it...I have a 360.

I meant COD 4: Modern Warfare...sorry.

to unlock new weapons you gotta build up experience via multiplayer.

I reached level 55 and am wondering why anyone would give up all their achievements for prestige badges? Am I missing something or is that all you get are different badges out of the deal? Also, I hear that there is a gold AK-47 after you complete all the assault challenges, is that true?

How do you enter these so called challenges? I too, am having a tough time finding out these weapon challenges.

You complete challenges through gameplay on ranked games (like 150 kills with AK-47, 150 headshots with AK-47, etc.) go to Barracks and then go to Challenges to see what you have completed.

Is this for Xbox Live only or something? I don't know what Barracks mean...I have a 360.

Yeah, it's ranked, on-line games you would find this on. I play on PS network, I would imagine it looks the same on X-BOX live. So, anyone know anything about that gold AK or what?

the challenge mode is only available for online play. has nothing to do with the single player version.

just take an AK and kill people with it until it turns gold, it'll take a while
