Jealous that we have a chance at making the playoffs, shoot yourself, just wait till the season starts. Upload your pic so we can see your ugly self, if you do i'll post mine.

The only player on the team who's team gets better when he leaves them is marbury. With Zeke coaching, Marbury will be motivated to get the job done night after night. Expected 20 pts, 5 boards, 10 assists. By the way his stats last seaon with LB was quite similar. He will rise up this year.(come, come haters). Q doesn't fit on this team at all. Has no trade value, plus he sucked up to LB which made things worse for him. Last years rookies will get good minutes this year since they don't have a "young kids need to watch and learn but don't play "coach like they did last year. We won't have to see 43 different starting line-ups like last year either. we already know who starts night in and night out now. LB tried to lose by blowing up his teams confidence. When a player gets on the floor and has to worry about what his coach is thinking about him how can you play anywhere close to your potential? Nate, channing, and david lee will thrive this years because the leash will be off so they can play loose. Steve francis will be "sixth man of the year". here come my starting lineup.........

C Eddy Curry
PF Channing Frye
SF Jared Jefferies
SG Jamal Crawford
PG Stephon Marbury

Sixth man Steve Francis(to back up both guard spots). The rest of the rotation will be lee, balkman(so he can get about 10 minutes of game experience), nate robinson to change the tempo of the game. Jalen won't play none. he should be the locker room motivator. i don't think marty collins will play hardly any this year. q won't play either. JJ may get a few mintues depending on his on his game shape.(tsk,tsk). Malik will back up the bigs.

LETS GO KNICKS!!!!!!!
You're right, the back ups will be Francis, Robinson, Lee, Jerome James, and q rich or Jalen depending on what the defence gives them

C Eddy Curry

The line up that Zeke said will start will be:
C: Ed Curry
PF Channing Frye
SF Jared Jefferies
SG Steve Francis
PG Stephon Marbury

I like Crawford better at SG: but Isiah runs the team! LOL

Crawford played the 4th quarter of most games last year. He plays well starting or off the bench.

However, IMHO the 5 reasons why Francis is starting are:

1. Coming off the bench is a blow to SF's ego
2. SF does not play as well off the bench
3. Crawford is comfortable coming off the bench
4. SF is making a starter's salary, and
5. I think the Knicks will be showcasing SF to trade him

Good point! Unfortunately Francis is more concerned with his ego than what is best for the team.

That's just one reason why Crawford is a better SG for the Knicks and Francis should be traded for a player that fits the Knicks needs better. A shot blocker would be a nice pick up in trade for Francis.

Crawford does not complain he just does his job and what is best for the team. that's why he improved so much under Larry Brown.

I don't know that Crawford liked LB because LB picked on him constantly at the beginning of the season and demanded that the Knocks trade him. He was not LB's kind of player to begin with. When LB was hired, Crawford was flashy, had poor shot selection and was turnover prone.

But to Crawford's credit he did not complain or sulk. He learned everything he could and really improved. IMHO by season's end Crawford was the best player on the Knicks and played both PG and SG excellently.

I still can't believe we traded for francis. At least we didn't give up first round picks for him. But then agan we gave those up to chi. YUCK!!!! Maybe he should start so we can find a trade partner for him.
