Yeah I hope Francis has a good season. Its only if Crawfords willing to share some with him. Knicks are looking pretty good so far.

I think it would be better FOR Jamal to come off the bench as that type of instant offense, 6th man. He is much better suited for that kind of role than Francis would be. I don't think francis' ego could take coming off the bench. We would get all that Francis can give if he can start. I'm going out on a limb here, but i think if Francis plays at his top level he can compete with Dwayne Wade. Jamal also is able to work better with Nate than Steve can. He is much better guarding 2 guards than Francis is. And when either of them play with Nate in the 2nd rotation they would have to guard the opposing 2 guard.

BTW, I'm new here... It's nice to be in the presence of enlightened basketball fans!!!!! NYK ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1

you cant really say that cause when they had that 6 game winning streak nate robinson was starting. along with david lee. but of course dickhead larry brown changes the lineup.

i think francis should start over jamel but if u ask me who would i rather get rid of i would say francis. i didnt like the deal to begin with because u already had marbury, crawford and nate. cause seriously i think people sleep on nate. people think he is just a 5'7 dunker thats not the cause. this guy can really play and i dont think he is goin to get alot of playin time since isiah is goin to have a 10 man rotation. i seriously think isaih make moves just to make them sometimes. yea he made some good moves to but gettin francis in the first place was a mistake.

Good starting lineup.........

Nate wont start. Francis will. The day Maurice Taylor starts is the day I'll hate Kobe. Frye's gonna start.

I like Crawford but you almost gotta start Francis. If he doesnt play on both ends of the floor he will be unhappy and will get traded. I think this a make or break situation for the franchise

Crawford is much better. I expect a Marbury-Crawford back court will finish most close games.

However Isiah would have to admit his mistake not to start Francis, who wants to start.

And Isiah is paying Francis too much to make him unhappy. On the other hand, Crawford won't complain.

A smart move would be to start Francis, build up his trade value and then trade him before the trading deadline. But who ever accused the Knicks management of being smart?
