So Rose isnt in the starting 5? Wow, sucks for him.
I like Rose but:
Isiah feels that Jefries adds the needed shot blocking, passing and defense that will make the Knicks better. He fells that scoring is not needed from Jeffries at SF.
Jeffries is very versatile, can play all five positions and always guards the other team's best player at any position, whether it is Yao Ming, KG, D-Wade, Carmelo, Kobie, or Lebron James.
6th man is jamal, if the webber trade goes through, frye and jamal
I don't know if we have what it takes to get Webber without giving up too much. He's a smart 20 - 10 player. But without good knees, can he run in a fast-break Phoenix-like offense?
His athletic ability should be utilized to develop him quicker and provide more energy for the team, let him attack the basket and fill the lanes during fast breaks and allow him to learn the hard way by matching up with some of the better 3's in the league to improve his defensive skills !!!!
We should not expect him to be a 35 minute a night player, but let him start it up every night, and then go to Jeffries and Q after Balkman gets his minutes in, he'll develop quicker and give us another player to throw in the rotation
Once he throws down a serious dunk on someone, there will be a lot of talk to play him a lot more.
Just my two cents
I dont want to see Jalen or Malik in the lineup at the 3 taking minutes away from the younger guys, it seems to me Brown Just had to have the veterans in the lineup to back up his philosophy, that is what screwed up our 6 game winning streak last year

That's an interesting approach. But I don't think Zeke will do it.
