i've seen jeffries play, he's not a player that will give you 15 a game, he's a player who will give you about 7 a game and get you like 5 rebounds hopefully

im hoping 9ppg/8rpg

I agree.

I saw film of him. He is a high-energy defender who should do better than his average offensively in a running game due to his ability to grab rebounds and put them back. Given PT, 9 and 8 is reasonable. He might even do 10 and 10.

don't expect jeffries to stop players like lebron and wade because you can hardly find a player like that but he will help us rebounding and gaurding the taller gaurds better, he's a scorer if he wants to be did you watch him in college? probly not but he was scoring left and right at IU

1. Yes. You can only slow down those players and make it harder for them to score. Nobody will stop them on a regular basis.

2. I did see highlights. Jeffries has be quoted as saying that he was only playing the defensive role that Washington gave him and that he is a much better scorer if given the green light. Let's hope he is right! Otherwise he will be a liability on offence.

"D" should be his primary role but he could afford to score a bit more here.

i expect nothing more then a few layups and a couple mid range shots, 3 pointers will come to him but D is why we got him right?

I believe that most of his scoring will be tip ins, put backs and short range (15 feet and in) shots. But, I don't think he will be so far from the basket that he shoots threes often. But who knows what he will do until we actually see him play for the Knicks.

A lot will depend on what his coach tells him to do.
