I realize it is easier said than done to get an elite PG, but you have to give something up to get something back. Paxson needs to get over his man-crushes with his current players and make a move. Perhaps on draft night he will pull a Danny Ainge...

We blame the coaches for how he's been handled. He's been given laughable minutes for a 4th pick in the draft on a struggling team. His primary job has been an energy guy, and defense off the bench in crap minutes. Tyrus could be so much more than that regardless of who the point gaurd is. But still, a solid point gaurd would work wonders for the whole team.
