Staying physically active. At one point in time, I got up to about 208-210lbs. Right now, I'm around 147-150lbs with about 11-12% BF. I eat pretty sensible. A lot of oatmeal, whey protein, turkey, etc. I don't eat fast food more than a couple times a month. And when I do, I abstain from french fries and soft drinks (adds a lot of unnecessary categories). I could definitely eat more fruit and veggies, though. And I probably eat too many carbs but my body seems to handle it fairly well. Although, I try to get my carbs from whole grains.
I work out a few times a week now, I stay active at work and play full court basketball about 90 minutes once a week.
This afternoon I heated up six White Castle Burgerz. Ordered a large pizza. Boiled some pasta, and added half of the Ragu on top. And am eating it on the comp az we speak. Im' freakin leanin' on my chair like a fatazz all nasty food-stained fingaz chomping, typin', and slobbin'. I feel like a M.E.S.S.
I think I iz on a decline. My gut is starting to show, there'z dirty, irregular stubble on my face, I'm sleepin' in class, and I dunk occasionaly nowadayz. OH NOES Apocalypse.
I had spare 2nd period, then lunch, then another spare at 3rd one day, this means I had basically 4 hours of break mid day. I mis-timed my whole schedule and ended up just working out as appose to working out AND eating. I came home an hour and a half later, ate a protein bar, then a large Pizza (Bacon strips, mushrooms, tomatoes) and then a large meat ball sub.
That's why we work out though, so you can have things like this every once in a while and it won't be converted into fat immediately.
Although I once also had 1 and a half large pizzas.
