Wade is probably the best finisher in NBA around the basket, along with Lebron, Ginobli and Parker.

They will be 5-8 seed in my opinion. They still lack a big man and can Wade have a healthy season? Hopefully they get Rose or Beasly, that will help bc they are 2 of the most NBA ready players in the draft. A trio of Marion/Wade/Beasley or Rose sounds inticing but thy wont be contenders to take the East

And w/ shaq's contract gone, they got loads of money to spend on free agents. I hear that arenas and iverson are free agents next yr correct me if im wrong. Say they pick up arenas and draft hibbert. Heres there lineup:

pg arenas
sg wade
sf marion
pf haslem
c hibbert/blount

or if they draft rose
pg rose
sg wade
sf marion
pf haslem
c blount
what are you talking about??????? Hibbert is going around 17 now, his stock has fallen. And even though you guys dont have Shaq's contract, you still have Marion's which is HUGE....Theres no way Heat can afford Wade, Marion and Arenas/Iverson. Heat should draft Rose, they have Marion and Haslem to play PF. They should look into a C this off-season, someone like Diop would be good

They should be a playoff team, but Riley has to do a better GMminng job this offseason and Arison is going to have to open up his wallet if this team is going to become elite. Speaking as someone that thinks he's a better player than he's shown over the last few seasons, I say that Miami should go after JO. They right now miss Zo's shotblocking and Shaq's scoring. JO brings a little bit of both. If Marion exercises his player option, trade him to Indy as an expirer. If he does not, offer Indy Dorell Wright, a future first, and a future second (Miami can do this because they'll be well below the cap). A core of Wade, Jermaine O'Neal, and whoever the lotter pick is should be pretty good and will still be viable after Detroit and Boston are finally too old.

He's undersized for the 5. He will get dominated by bigger centres. We need a big centre to control the middle.

Yup Miami is just too small right now. They should draft Rose, and he and Wade will be exciting for years to come. If they draft Beasley, then they should try and move Marion's big expiring ass for at least some draft picks or to some team seeking cap relief.

Getting another big along with him would be good, but I'm just pointing out that he'd be a major help and he should be available.

I think its safe to say Riley will step down for "personal matters" if they start out horrible, and then come back and fire the coach if they are about to make the playoffs
