how is that when they have Kobe.

Id love to see Dallas and the Lakers. Cuban -vs- Buss, last years MVP against this years MVP, The Kidd Trade -vs- The Gasol, trade, etc...

Lots of interesting storylines and all of their games have been great this year, so the series would be alot of fun.

Do you really say Dirk and West are on the same level?

Me. Stern hates Mavs and loves the Fakers, the series would be rigged like crazy.

My biggest fear with denver, aside from having two all-stars, is that they're the only team in the bottom wrung with a legit big man, considering we probably don't have bynum it creates some matchup problems.

My biggest fear with Dallas is that they are the most playoff experienced team of the bottom tier.

As a Mavs fan (a realistic one) I realize that Mavs dont really have it figured out. Plus Kobe is going to play some crazy basketball and he has some pretty good supportig cast. Infact I think LA will take down the Celtics in the NBA finals to win it all. So I'd take my chances against the very talented (yet not experienced) Hornets. I believe Hornets will beat the Mavs but there is a slight chance that Mavs might pull a trick or two to surprize the Hornets.

Against the Lakers Mavs will just not win. I hope they do win - but I realize that they wont.

NO has PG advantage, and C advantage.
Dallas has SG advantage.

The SF and PF matchups are gonna be fun to watch.

SF:Peja vs. Josh Howard

PF:West vs. Dirk

ME! LA-Denver would suck. No way Denver can beat the Lakers 4 times.. Denver-NO would be better IMO.

I'm a Kidd fan, so I don't want him to match up with my Laks too early, I want to see him do good. I just don't think the Mavs will do good against the Laks, especially when Bynum return it's gonna be unfair advantage.

I think Kidd will do better against NO. All they need to do is deny CP3 the ball, and no one else on that team will know how to run the point, especially when the team offense is to have CP3 dominate the ball so much.

Plus, Denver plays no defense, so it would be fun. =)

Bass was a beast tonight...if he can play like that in the playoffs I would give the edge to the Mavs.

Tonight was a perfect example of Chandler being a complete product of CP3s game.

And Dirk at 80% > West

Totally agree.

I don't see the Mavs winning it all this year anyway, so I'd like to see an entertaining series like this.

I'll take Dallas/NO though.
