maybe..i don't see enough of the nuggets to say too much either way, i just don't think camby was the problem on d yesterday, he was pretty much alone on d when it comes to gasol...i saw him help jump out on double teams several times but nobody rotated to pau to help him out.... i think it was more of a breakdown on the team level then one guy...

Not necessarily a break down since that is the way the Nuggs play defense normally.. unfortunately.

but also what will happen if L.A wins it all this year. Most of the haters will die down, but it will also get to the point (if it isn't already at that point) where you will be called a Kobe hater for not declaring him as "the unquestionable GOAT in all of sports" and despising MJ.

the truth is that as bad as Kobe haters are, their groupies are worse IMO.

Even back in the 90s, MJ nut riders were Bulls bandwagoners. Although I don't think Ive seen them bashing every player mentioned in the same sentence as him while he was still playing. I don't recall many MJ fans bashing Harold Miner or Grant Hill or even Penny Hardaway the way I see Kobe "fans" a few years ago bashing Vince Carter, Tracy McGrady, Allen Iverson, and more recently LeBron James, Michael Jordan, Chris Paul, etc on other boards. I've seen so called "Lakers fans" calling Magic Johnson overrated in an all-time Lakers great list. Ridiculous **** like that.

The sad part is I've also seen someone say that "if you buy anything endorse by MJ or anything with a jumpman logo, then you're not a Lakers fan."

I know he's got a lot of haters and they are bad, but his nutriders are just as bad.

Thats not exactly true. When Harold Miner came into the league with his "baby jordan" moniker he received alot of hate from mostly MJ fans. They shunned the audacity of Miner to even say he was anything like MJ. Or what about the massive hate that both Karl Malone and Barkley received when they got MVP over Jordan? There was no ISH for the Jordan ******ger to vent on.

The difference in the players you cited with MJ and the one you cited with Kobe, is that the former were all up-and-coming trying to establish themselves when MJ was already established, whereas the latter all were contemporaries of Kobe all trying to make a name for themselves. An interesting conversation would be how when Jordan broke into the league, people wanted to say he was already better than Magic and Bird just after a few years, when he was not. If the internet were around back then I am sure there would be alot more huggers and haters of jordan. Or what if Magic, Bird and Jordan all came in around the same time? How would have that have fared for MJ? As far as public opinion is concerned. Thats how Kobe had it. He, AI, VC, TMAC, Duncan, all came in around the same time it makes for alot more heated discussion. Hell one of my friends a few years ago was saying Steve Francis was better than Kobe.

Also the thing about Bulls fans is that 90% of them who became Bulls fans during the Jordan era are no longer Bulls fans (ex. Bulls, Knoe Itawl). They have to be the most bandwaggoned team ever. Not really the case for Laker fans. As far as I've seen, once a laker fan always a laker fan!

Hopefully, AI/Melo know we need to win this one.So they wont let us down...

we need to hit the free throws better, and do a beter defense.
