As Much As U Spurs Fan Hate The Suns U Got To Admit The Spurs V.s. Suns Is Always A Great Match Up! During The Reg. Season And Playoffs! The Fans Get There Money's Worth! These Are 2 Titans In The West Even Though The Spurs Have The Championship Banners But I Think Its Finally Phoenix Time To Win! If Phoenix Beats The Spurs In This Series The Suns Will Be Champs! If Spurs Win They Will Repeat.

I don't think we should count out the Lakers here, I think they will be fresh and ready come the Conference Finals and even if either team at the bottom of the bracket makes it to the WCF, there's no guarantee that they would beat the L.A. It would make for an interesting series. I've thought for a while about this, and in the end I believe it will be another Lakers-Celtics battle (sorry, fellow Spurs fans). I'm not counting the Spurs, Suns, or any other championship-contending teams out, but these two look the strongest in their respective conferences to me.

Nice little theory but let's face it, the Western Conference is just a madhouse right now. For either team after winning this series it's going to be very challenging getting farther into the playoffs. Basically, if the Hornets continue playing like this either the Suns or Spurs will play them in the next round.

In my opinion, if the Lakers can get out of the first round with ease, they are a lock for the conference finals. Which means (depending on how the series plays out) the team who wins out of the Spurs and Suns may have to go through New Orleans, Lakers and possibly Boston or whatever other team wins the West. This is a tough challenge for both teams. Alot of fans don't seem to realize that after this series, there's still an even more challenging road ahead.
