don't disregard a fact: keyon dooling SUCKS.

hedo is a skilled 6-10 small forward who can shoot threes. he's not a great rebounder, but neither does bogans, and the howard-milicic combo will handle the boards.

[g] nelson, redick; [f] turkoglu, howard; [c] milicic is the way to go. [g] arroyo, bogans; [f] ariza, battie (or augustine, depends on how decent he turns out to be); [c] outlaw is a decent 2nd string.

PG-Nelson/Arroyo/Dooling
SG-JJ Reddick/Bogans/Ariza
SF-Turkoglu/Garrity
PF-Howard/Augustine
C-Milicic/Battie

should be nice... shooting, defence, paint... all in one!

You forgote about Hill!! so it should look more like this

pg- Nelson, Arroyo, Dooling
sg- JJ, Bogans, Ariza
Sf- Hill, Turkoglu, Garrity
pf- Howard, Augustine
C- Milicic, Battie

or Turkogulu will start at Sg
and what even happend to that Spain dude you drafted?

Hi, new here guys, I think Redick starts only if he earns it. Bogans is a solid 2 and the Magic would be fine even if Hill or Dooling started there early on. However I think by the end of the season Redick will most certainly start. I seriously doubt Bogans starts over Turkoglu however.

I feel the starting 5 will be:

Jameer Nelson
Keith Bogans
Grant Hill**
Dwight Howard
Darko Milicic**

** depends on how they do in training camp next month. could easily be replaced with Hedo & Battie. with Darko it's his position to lose.

The Real Starting 5

PG-Nelson/Arroyo/Dooling
SG-Bogans/JJ/Ariza
SF-Turkoglu/Garrity
PF-Howard/Augustine
C-Milicic/Battie

Not Gunna bash what u all think, but on opening night theirs no chance orlando is gunna put a rook ahead of someone who already started 36 games for the team, THINK ABOUT IT Bogans signed AFTER JJ was drafted...bogans is 25 and only getting better, JJ was a risky draft pick (a good one) but very risky...bogans Plays D, Shoots the 3, and is already close with most of the orlando players from 2 years ago...the owners probly told bogans that the starting job is his untill JJ proves he can play NBA ball at a consistent Level in the regular season

JJ needs to start. Bogans is solid, but he is not a starter for a playoff team. i really dislike turk's game, and i think redick is mroe effective at simply shooting. HILL needs to start, as his game is based around the driving and finishing.

you can say what you want about him, and that he only played 15 games last seaosn, but go back and chack the box scores in those scattered games he played. he averaged ovre 15 ppg, and the nights he didn't score 20 was when he played like 2mpg because of injury.

darko should play the 4 because he has a very effective mid range game, as shown by his play for the Serbian national team at the worlds

dwight should play the 5 because he has not mid range game whatsoever, no even a little jumper.

the other reason is that darko is 245, and dwight is 265. and they're only 1-2 inches apart in height.

it just makes sense

i want diener to play. he is a very good prototype PG who gets his team in their offense, and can then act as a 3 point shooter. he wouldn't be out of place as a starter on this team in a few years. for now, nelson to start, with arroyo backing up and playing some 2 guard, with diener stepping in and playing a little two guard as well, just to get him some more minutes
