I think Bayless will find it very difficult to play PG in the NBA. He has the quickness and is a great scorer, but he isn't a good playmaker or decision maker. As a pg he has a lot of question marks. But he is really good player and will be ok in the NBA too, but not necessarily as a pure PG.
