Everyone talks about the Celtics big 3. (KG, The Trueth and Jesus Shuttlesworth)
But in 5 years those guys will be long forgotten and the blazers big 3 are gonna be the the main attraction in the NBA. Brandon Roy, LaMarcus Aldridge and Greg Oden. I cant think of a team with a more solid young core.
Roy is reigning rookie of the year and now an all-star.
LMA put up all-star type numbers and is really playin well lately.
And no doubt Greg Oden is gonna be a beast and an all-star sooner than later.
Thats assuming LaMarcus is still in Portland in five years when his contract is up in two with a Blazers option for a fifth as well as Brandon Roy's
I'm sure Roy will be a lifetime Blazer but I have a feeling that LaMarcus might bolt for Texas. Maybe Houston so the Rockets can bring Scola off the bench. You also have the chance of Oden bolting to Cleveland to be with LeBron. The chances of that happening would be about 95% if Conley went as well.
Not trying to hurt anybody, just don't get super high on the Blazers before the long term future is actually fulfilled when at least Aldridge gets and extension and Roy and Oden get max deals.
Though its best if you can find his highlights from a single game. When you can make a highlight real from one game, it is more impressive. I couldn't find any good ones during my quick search.
