That's not the highest Magic has jumped. There was a play from the early 80's with him throwing an emphatic dunk with his head about 7 or 8 inches from the rim. After all, his prime vertical was supposedly 32 inches.

My favorite All-Star game is probably '98. Just look at the highlights for that one it was really entertaining.
