Lay off the sauce buddy.

I've got nothing but respect for Kobe because he is the best player in the NBA without a doubt, but he was just off last night. Nothing to do with the rims, he was just off. He will bounce back on Sunday I am sure of it, but last night was just a cause of him having an off day. Nothing to do with the ****ing rims.

It is a valid argument when you watching how the ball bounces off the rim (and the noise that follows) in Game 1 and compare it to previous playoff games at the TD Banknorth Garden.

I'm not making this stuff up. Go and re-watch the game and you'll see what I'm talking about.

It depends on the outcome of Game 2.

Thanks for caring though. I knew you had a warm, fluffy, caring heart.

Meh, even if you are right (which I doubt) I really don't care enough about this subject to be honest.

I am rooting for the Lakers to win but I don't care enough to come up with some random ass theories.

Kobe will bounce back on Sunday though, lets just leave it at that.

Don't they switch sides during the game? Wouldn't this tightening of the rims affect both teams then?

That really is the dumbest thread ever created, worse then my "not a rivalry thread". I should just write an email to Stu and David and tell them to investigate the freebee gasol trade that West gift rapped to them, since were at it.

If you read the entire thread you would realize that he said they re-tampered with the rims at halftime.

Idiot.

Well that would make you look like a complete moron seeing how West didn't gift wrap Gasol to the Lakers.

You just go right ahead and do that though.

Poseidon keeps winning. Every thread he has people saying stupid thread, etc but he keeps getting multiple pages. He's a shock poster and he enjoys this.

A ladder, a wrench and a TD Banknorth Garden employee is all that's needed to make the slight, yet super-quick adjustment to the other basket during halftime.
