The over confidence comes from that L.W.O movement.

Boston is too strong defensively to be blown out more then once.

Paul pierce has been on cruise control, most of his points have been 3 pointers, He hasnt begun to operate in the post yet and if he does that then LA can be put in the penalty.

Ray Allen will continue to run through screens and has shown savy and quickness to tire out Sasha. I dont think Kobe will be on ray or Pierce as much because they both can tire him in diff ways.

What was the stat for the NBA Finals for the team that wins the first two games? 90 percent?

Theres a lot of hopeful Laker fans here. Always EXPECT the worst and HOPE for the best.

Hillarious.

Everybody expects Lakers to blow out the Celtics in game 3.
They had their blowout in quarter #4 in game 2.

It's not gonna happen again, the Celtics will NOT let their guard down.

It'll be

Game 3: CELTICS
Game 4: Lakers
Game 5: CELTICS

Game 7-that's a wild card, but I just think maybe Stern will give it to Kobe to cap his MVP season and to ensure that the big 3 in Boston stay hungry for next year. They'll give the Celtics a 13 point lead going into the 4th so that Kobe can lead the big ref-aided comeback and wind up winning by a small margin, 7 or less.

The NBA isn't sports entertainment, Stern isn't Vince McMahon.

Game 3- Lakers
Game 4- Lakers
Game 5- Celtics, they will steal 1 game
Game 6- Lakers
Game 7- Lakers, I'll go out on a limb and say Lakers become champs with 2 straight road victories.

Good catch.

I see the Lakers taking the next two Games, followed by the Celtics winning the next two games, in 6.

If the home court reffing continues, the Lakers will win all 3 at home.

If your theory is accurate then the series is already over and the 3 games in LA are meaningless.

Maybe the home court thing will flip and the Lakers will get the same treatment at home now.

I'm done with predicting I failed.

I disagree. LA almost stole the game yesterday, so I think if the reffing continues as is, they will sweep in LA and could steal 1 of 2 in Boston.
