There's no way Rush is worth a top 10 pick. Maybe in other years but not this year. He is a 17-22 guy with the depth of this draft.

The highest I'd take him is probably about 13 because I trust KP and I like Rush's defense but I still think Portland is trading down. They even said on the NBA Pre-Draft show on ESPN yesterday that Portland is more than likely either trading down or trading out of the pick.
