Maybe they got weems as insurance incase gordon is traded or signs elsewhere. He's a shooter and slasher but cannot create his own shot. Some Chicago already has a lot.

But imo they should've gone with Hardin, an athletic big man that can be a banger or CDR a guy that can create his own shot and would be nice to have along side Rose.

I'm relieved and very happy the Bulls got Rose as expected. I also heard they just traded Sonny Weems for an international player who is said to come over in a couple years. From Paxsons impression he thinks this 2nd round player will be a good addition. Hope he's right. With Rose they fianlly have a position that they don't have to worry about for many years.
