If the Clippers can get Mayo then this is a great deal.

I don't see Minnesotta passing up Mayo at #3, but maybe Bayless had an amazing workout.

kind of an odd trade for the clipps, if they were somehow able to end up with mayo it would be ok...

i wonder if the first round pick for next year is lottery protected?

he should go 8 to 12 but the fact ILLINOIS' Deron Williams and Wake's Chris Paul have set the league on fire, it's affecting Augustin, Westbrook, Bayless, and even Rose in a favorable way.

People forgot about players like Magic and Stockton and fell in love with players like Shaq, Kobe and Lebron. All good, but it an entirely different way.

It was a rude awakening for some GMs I imagine.

Wow, according to ESPN, it's only IF Mayo is off the board at #4 and the Clippers will take Eric Gordon at #4. I quit, I'm done. This franchise is horrible, we need to fire every single person besides the Fan Patrol.

eric gordon is like a lost puppy dog roaming the court. plus he's really short for a SG. he looked terrible running the point at Indiana. He's a shooting guard just real small. that's a lot to give up for a combo guard from a dirty Hoosier program.

Good thing Gordon wasn't Indiana's pg nor will he be a pg in the NBA.

6' 3.5" in shoes is small, but not as dramatic as you make it seem.

I think Gordon stands the most to benefit from the more open style of the NBA.

Opinion? Homie you've REPEATED YOURSELF numerous times in this thread. Everytime someone questions how silly, stupid, how much of a reach Westbrook would be at 4. You keep replying "He wouldnt be there". Stop repeating yourself like you have PROOF he wouldnt be there.

Say it once and YOU try taking your own advice which is STFU.

"He wont be there"
"He wont be there"
"He wont be there"

*10mins pass*

"He wont be there"

Idiot kids man.

Some people think Minnesota still thinks Randy Foye will ever become anything and so they'll pass up Mayo due to redundancy.

I personally don't see how very good prospect + garbage and epic draftday error = redundancy, but that's me.

They could have Roy right now. Minnesota could. What a chilling thought. Good thing they're the T-Wolves.

Is Shaun Livingston coming back? Livingston + Gordon seems like a pretty ideal pairing. Especially for a team like the Clippers that needs a guy like Gordon who can bring some energy to the table.

*shakes head at Baylor's continuing incompetance*

If we did this to grab Mayo I would have applauded but who cares otherwise? Waste of pick.

We can't grab Mayo if he does drop to #4 because there is a stipulation if that Mayo isn't gone by #3, then the deal is off. Garbage, garbage, garbage. And it's Eric Gordon for sure according to DX and ESPN. I'd have more confidence in my little brother then I do in Roeser.
