Relax man. I have read they are going to try and bring him over at some point. Also, the deal isn't even official so I doubt much can be said that isn't speculation.

From an aussie paper it looks like. Says he pretty solid, but needs work. Only been playing for 5 years.

I heard that hes coming over this year and becoming a reserve.
Line up like this
Calderon/Ukic
Parker/ Free agent?
Kapono/Moon/Graham
Bosh/Bargs/Humps
O'neil/Jawai?

He did put Moon on there.

He has him backing up Kapono.

Moon is 29, going on thirty. He's not going to improve so much that we will see a whole more out of him this year. What we wanted from him last year was to slash more, but he stayed on the perimiter taking three's away from those that could make them. I think Moon will go to the bench and provide some energy and inside defense to the second unit.

Moon is a good player when it comes to athleticism he doesn't have a big skill set. Why wouldn't you start Kapono he is the best shooter in the league with J.O coming in hes really going to open up. This past year I don't think Kapono jacked up enough 3's for us to win but hes gonna be found more open now. He was also one of our best players against Orlando in the playoffs and I think because of that performance he deserves a chance to start.

Apparently he is going to come over and develop here rather than Europe, owing to our need of another cheap big.

You're assuming Mitchell is capable of running quality plays to get Kapono open, something he did a terrible job of last year. JO isn't exactly magic johnson from the post (black hole).

I'd still start Moon even with O'Neal in there. Calderon and Parker should be enough perimeter shooting and the more defense and rebounding the Raptors have in their frontcourt, the better IMO.

Not to mention Bosh being able to roam outside the paint a little (hopefully not too much) and hit those medium to long range shots. I'm not well versed on Jermaine's passing skills, but he'll definitely have options when he's double teamed.

I figure maybe Moon does start, but with Kapono likely coming in for the bulk of the SF minutes once the game is off the ground. As long as he's getting good looks, Kapono seems to need little to no time finding a groove so I wouldn't be worried about having him going right from the start.

Having a defensive specialist like Moon in the starting lineup is a ridiculously underrated thing. At the very least he can be Toronto's cheap answer to Bruce Bowen.
